Our Information Policy

As adoptive parents we understand the excitement and anticipation that accompanies a new adoption.  The time between a referral and when a child is received can be agonizing.  Many families contact Grace & Hope for Children requesting information about their prospective child. 

It is the policy of Grace & Hope for Children, Inc. to release information about a child only to that child’s parent(s). 

If you are adopting a child who is sponsored by Grace & Hope and wish to receive this information while in China, please contact us before your anticipated travel date.  Please note, many orphanages are providing this information about your child at the time of the adoption.  The information provided by the orphanage may include information held by Grace & Hope.
